Most peculiar day regarding the advice. It's better than expected, worse than expected, way more confusing than expected & she could only advise one aspect so for the other bits I've to see another specialist advisor for the rest of it :-( They were to ring me Monday 12pm-1pm but didn't, ringing me today instead.

So yesterday the fellow advisor to help with the rest of the issues to be was meant to ring me to arrange an appointment but they didn't, they rang today. And he can't offer me any advice/help as I'm too young & he specialises in advising the over 50s. He's refered me back to the CAB, who bloomin well sent me to them in the first place!
